Roma Pride is the biggest Pride event in Italy, taking place within the city’s ancient landmarks, making it one of Europe’s most visually stunning Pride events. The celebration combines political messages with concerts, parties and other activities during the Pride season. Rome Pride Parade is usually taking place on the third Saturday in June each year.

In 2026, the event is scheduled for Saturday, June 20.
There is events taking place the whole Pride month leading up to the highlight which is the weekend with the parade.
What is the main After Party at Rome Pride?
For pride there will be some special events and after parties taking place. Here is a selection of parties that you can attend for Rome Pride:
Friday, 19th June 2026:
- LaPride Croisette @Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, this is an outside concert starting at 6:30 PM with two stages, offering music, show until late.
- Amiche del Roma Pride @Atlantico, it is the official opening event of the Roma Pride weekend with a large live concert showcasing popular Italian artists and LGBTQ+ allies.
Saturday, 20th June 2026:
- LaPride Croisette @Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, this is an outside concert starting at 6:30 PM with two stages, offering music, show until late.
- Unicorn Official Pride After @MUCCASSASSINA @ QUBE DISCO, this party plays house and techno beats and offers some crusing too, check for more info and tickets here.
- Splash Roma with WOW Worldtour @Hacienda Roma, music being hard techno / industrial and more underground with local crowd. Find more info and tickets here.
Keep in mind that you need a membership for almost all clubs and bars. This is a goverment issued requirement, that the venues need to follow. Most use Arco card, which means that you can use your membership at another venue and do not have to pay again. As a tourist you can get a temporary membership for 3 month.

- Censured Aps: A cruising bar that attracts a usually younger crowd.
- 101: This one is a bar, but somehow transform into a club at weekends and when its busy its almost a bit hard to move, but still nice vibe and crowd.
- Company Roma. A nightclub close to Termini station.

The Pride Parade is set to start from Piazza della Repubblica – Viale Luigi Einaudi – Piazza dei Cinquecento – Via Cavour – Piazza dell’Esquilino – Via Cavour – Largo Corrado Ricci – Via dei Fori Imperiali – Piazza del Colosseo – Via Celio Vibenna – Via di San Gregorio – Piazza di Porta Capena and ends at Viale delle Terme di Caracalla.

When did the Roma Pride first take place?
Roma Pride has its roots in 1994, the year of Italy’s first national Gay Pride. The event drew over ten thousand participants and was a major success, attracting not only local politicians from Rome but also figures from across Italy and Europe. Since then, Roma Pride has become an annual celebration to the streets of the capital city.

The 2024 Roma Pride has attracted around one million participants. The parade itself saw approximately 70,000 people last year.
