Barcelona Pride is set to take place on the third Saturday in July each year. The festivities, including the main parade, generally occur over a period of about three weeks, closing with the main parade on a Saturday.

What is the main party at Barcelona Pride?

While there is no official main party, the biggest one is probably “La Leche” organized by Matinee Group on Saturday. This one is not listed on all offical pages, but you find the link below.

Friday, 17th July 2026:

  • Loco Bongo @La Paloma, this party serves techno and house beats and provides an underground atmosphere and are more local crowd, check for more info and tickets here.
  • Churros con Chocolate – Somoslas @Sala Apolo. This is one of the most iconic parties with pop music as well as eletronic dance music. It usually sells out quickly so get your tickets early. Find more info and tickets here.
  • Popair @@Safari Disco Club. With two dance floors this night is for bear & their friends to “join the furry side of pride”. More infos on their site.
  • Vertigo Club presents #PRIDE @CityHall, the club that is often hosting The Black Room parties on Sundays.

Saturday, 18th July 2026:

  • LaLeche! @Input Club. This is the closest to a circut party you can get. More info and tickets.
  • Tanga! Party @La Paloma, this party plays pop and house and hosts a mainstream crowd. Check for more info and tickets here.
  • Churros con Chocolate + Anti @Sala Apolo. This is one of the most iconic parties with pop music as well as eletronic dance music. It usually sells out quickly so get your tickets early. Find more info and tickets here.
  • Yassparty @Safari Disco Club. With two dance floors and focusing on pop and house, this party usually attracts a younger crownd. Check their sites for tickets.
  • REGIA – Pride Edition @CityHall, the club that is often hosting The Black Room parties on Sundays. This is the most electronic one among these parties. Find tickets & info on this site.
  • FRESHH! Pride Edition @ Dream Club Barcelona. This club has two dance floors and the party comes usually with house and tech house and has a rather local, mixed crowd. This is also one of the more affordable options, as they offer free guest list spots. For infos & tickets check their site.

Sunday, 19th July 2026:

Barcelona Pride Route

The rally will start at Plaça Universitat: Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes -> Plaça Tetuan -> Passeig de Sant Joan -> Passeig de Lluís Companys-> and the parade ends at Arc de Triomf / Passeig de Pujades.

The Parade starts at 6 pm. Approximaltley after 3 hours it will reach Passeig de Lluís Companys. 

Best Viewing Spots

  • Plaça Universitat: Watch the parade when it departs.
  • Gran Via: Plenty of space on a wide street.
  • Passeig de Sant Joan: On the final traject you have one of the widest sections with good views.

Barcelona Pride dates back to 1977, where the first edition took place. In the first year around 5,000 people gathere to march along La Rambla.

Nowadays, its one of the biggest events taking place in Barcelona and one of the biggest Prides in Southern Europe.

What is the theme of Barcelona Pride this year?

The theme this year celebrates the diversity and intersectionality of the LGBTQIA+ community. The organizers use the periodic table in their campaign, wanting to express that every person’s identity is made up of many different “elements”, such as gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, disability, culture, or religion and all that together create a unique individual. So the theme this year is “All Realities, One Pride“.
