Geneva Pride
Geneva pride (La Marche des Fiertés de Genève) is part of the Pride Romande and this year taking place in Geneva. Geneva being home to the UN and various NGOs, Geneva Pride emphasizes global LGBTQ+ rights activism. The pride attracts people from across Europe, making it a diverse and inclusive celebration. In 2021, Geneva Pride decided to stop accepting sponsorship from multinational companies and banks, and it proves that this step was the right choice looking at the current developments in sponsorship cuts from big multinationals.
